Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to transpose a song to another scale directly in the application and if so, how? Thank you for your answer

Transposing and changing the scale are two different things.
Transposing is possible to do in one step as indicated by TheHutch.
It is not possible to change the scale of a song in one step, and there is no general way to do it for an arbitrary scale. But you can use the Transpose dialog to do it in two steps, if you want to change between modes, by first doing an diatonic transposition up, and then a chromatic transposition down.
For example if you have a song in a major scale (i.e. Ionian mode) and you want to change the scale to Aeolian mode (which is the scale you get if you play the white keys on a piano starting on A), you first transpose diatonically a sixth up, and then transpose chromatically down again a sixth.

I suppose. If I wanted to change the mode, I would not describe it as "changing the scale". @craftminecraf? Precisely what did you mean by "changing the scale"?

well I think that there are some language barier problems. In last message I used google translate to translate my question and there might have ocured some mystakes so I´m gonna try write this without using google translate. So I have written a song, It is originally written by one guy that used to make songs. I would say that he was something like folk composer. It doen´t matter but It was all hand written and I wanted to make it in this like PC form. I really liked the way this app works that I was able to rewrite it quite easily without any knowelege about writing notes on pc. Now the whole song is in G major and I would like to transpose it to D major or just into another octave. That song is made four part song and it´s really hard to make it easy to sing for all four voices. So now I want to be able to easily transpose whole song without having to transpose and rewrite whole song manually. Hope this will make my problem more clear.

Yes, based on that description, the link to Using the transpose dialog that I gave above is what you want to use.
Transposing from G to D is a transposition of (about!!!) half an octave. If you simply want it up or down an octave, simply select the notes to transpose and press Ctrl+Up or Ctrl+Down. These shortcuts simply move the selected notes up or down one octave.
So, read the instructions at the link I gave you. If you can't figure out what some portion of the instructions mean, ask again here and we'll do our best to help.
I recommend creating a small test score that you can experiment with to learn how to use the Transpose tool. Something as simple as a G major scale, up, then down. That way you can make mistakes and not mess up your REAL score.
