If by "fix" you mean, make them all the same, that's not currently possible, nor is it generally advisable - standard rules of notation call for measure widths to be proportional to the space required by the notes contained within. But if you have some unusual special case in which it is desired to have unequal note spacing, you can use "{" and "}" to adjust the stretch factor for measures one by one. You could also set a larger minimum measure width in Format / Style / Measure, which may give you a head start.
