Scanning music onto Musescore?
I know someone who leads a stringed orchestra, and would like to alter some music for it. Though he already has the music on sheets of paper, I told him I would try to find it on here so it could easily be edited. However, when I searched for it, it was not here. So, I was wondering if it is possible to scan a piece of paper with music on it, and come out with a score on Musescore, without needing to enter every note.
Any help will be appreciated!

import with that links works better with parts than score... some detail (if there are text and ornement, and if tuplets aren't really written as tuplet) may not be read and can cause some notation problems ....
