Small notes for Tenor voice
Hello!
I would just like to ask if it's possible to create tenor notes in small symbols as shown using musescore? I can't seem to find a way to shrink only one of the two notes...
Please help. Thanks.

Thanks a bunch! It worked generally well but I had a problem writing lyrics on grace notes... Guess they'll find a way to fix that soon.

Lyrics on grace notes are not currently supported, nor are there any immeditew plans to add such support. Can you explain your intended use? It doesn't seem this would be very common at all. Perhaps you don't really need grace notes for what you are doing, but jut ordinary notes made small?

I am not really sure if this would seem odd but with musescore, I make use of grace notes to provide text for stanzas/choruses whose lyrics require different note distribution. Please click on the link to the image (sorry I can't upload the image immediately from where I am at right now, guess d-box link would be just OK.).
I intentionally concealed the lyrics, sorry, but I think the illustration is enough for what I am trying to point out. With musescore, no problem at all; but with the nightly trial, the grace notes are skipped for lyrics typing.
By the way this grace note issue is totally different from the original topic of this thread. With nightly, I have already succeeded in shrinking the size of a single note for tenor indication purposes (it can also be seen on the image, I have shrunk some notes).
Thanks for the attention to my inquiry.

Yes, this is what I was thinking. These are not truly grace noters and should not be entered as such. Instead, you should enter these as ordinary notes made small, perhaps in another voice, and then you will be able to attach lyrics to them. They will also play back more correctly. And furthermore, this is how such music is normally published - notes added for alternate lyrics normally have a clear rhythmic position.

Ok, noted.
Thank you very much.
