Unusual shapes in a score (piano element)
I have come across the following and not sure if either or both can be reproduced in musescore 2.0 or 1.3?
1. "L" shape before a note in the lower staff. Apparently means that the note is played by the right hand?
2. S-shaped slur or curve. Linking notes between two staffs (lower and upper) - which curves in an "S" shape in such a way it avoids clashing with stems.
Is this possible to reproduce in musescore?
Comments
Most likely it is possible, so please post a more precise image (picture).
For example, slurs/ties can be shaped by double clicking and moving the 'handles':

Re S curve slur:
Thanks that has worked. I went into 200% zoom to see clearly what I was doing and did achieve a slur curve more or less "S". Lowering the stems a bit at the same time and it all looks good.
L before a note:
Any ideas on L shape before a note - as to how to insert?

Use: View / Master Palette (Shift+F9) then find under Symbols:

I am sure I am being very dumb but I can't find "View" nor "Master Palette! using 1.3. Where is View?

Oops... Sorry...
When you asked 'if either or both can be reproduced in musescore 2.0 or 1.3' I thought you were familiar with each version.
MuseScore 2.x is the way forward.

I have now downloaded musescore 2 and will be attempting the transition. I guess the most difficult part is when you are still in both 2 and 1.3!
