Nothing selected when note is turned into rest.

At the moment (2.0.2), when I select a note and turn it into a rest by deleting it, nothing is selected after that operation. If I then want to change the duration of the rest I have to select it via the mouse.

To me this is a bug, although I am posting it here, as assume that that is a deliberate choice.

I would much prefer if the rest remained selected to remove engaging the mouse.
