Problem when adding the "segno" note
While I adding the note, I only can add it into the begin of the bar, I can't add it middle of before a bar.

This is by design, Segnos and other repeats amd markers attach to measures (start or end), not to notes.
If you really need a segno mid-measure, split the measure and make the barline invisible
Better yet, *don't* make the barline invisible. Better still, just write it out to avoid the need for splitting the measure in the first place. Mid-measure segnos are virtually unheard of in published music. Any musician reading the score will assume the segno to apply to the beginning of the measure, because that is how standard music notation works.

Bach used it quite a bit in canons to indicate when the voices should come in, and when to stop; then again you can just change the position of the segno manually. https://youtu.be/23yNGer9Wqs?t=780
