How To Change Instruments?

I learned a song for piano on guitar through tablature. I have made the score in MuseScore with Electric Guitar Tablature and I want to change it to Piano to be able to play it on a piano, but I can't figure out how. Is it a thing? If not, please add it, that would be so great! If it is, please send directions on how to do it. This is more of a support question than bug report. Thank you for your assiduity!
