Merging "Noteheads" and "Shared noteheads" pages

I'm thinking it may soon be the only one existing, with "Shared noteheads" retired in its favor, but I can't make that decision myself. Geetar's opinion is important, and since he doesn't have the "send a message" form, I hope he notices this topic.
I assume you mean append the text from "Shared noteheads" to "Noteheads" and delete the "Shared noteheads" page. That's fine by me.
