I guess you mean quarter tone (pitch), not quarter note (duration). You can tune notes, via the inspect, in cent. 50 can't would be a quarter tone, as 100 cent is a semitone

It does have... but you have to set them up.
You can tune quarter tones (or any microtone) in the Inspector.
For example, play the attachment.

unfortunately it didnt give the wright tone which as in the turkish scale( arabic makam )

It should. Can you share the ascore and tell which note you want to change by a quarter tone (50 cent) or 3/4 tone (150 Cent) and into which direction (+/-)?
As ber the German Wikipedia, https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maqam_(Musik)#T.C3.BCrkische_Makamlar is is not really 50 or 150 Cent, check the table there

i thought i finally solve the problem but that was only when i played the note you have sent to me, i dont know why it dont want to increase the tone nor decrease it when i already change it to #-slash4 or #-slash ! it doesnt change !! i uninstalled the whole program and install it again and its the same :( :(

The quarter tone accidentals don't do andthing to the sound, for that you need to change the tuning of each of the notes via inspector

Adding the semitone accidentals don't affect playback (yet), they only affect the graphical representation.
To get the correct playback, you'll have to change the tuning of the note using the inspector (F8 to open it).

It woud be so nice if we could set the value of a pitch change not only to a note, but to an accidental sign, for example the inverted b minus 40 cents and then it always changes the pitch of the same note in the same manner. And then in the situation, where we really want a note to behave differently (for example in a certain situation minus 36 cents, instead of 40) we can set it in the Inspector.
It's nice, that microtone playback works theoretically, but I must confess that I never use it because it's too complicated and time consuming. So for most pieces I don't use any playback.
