How Do you set up SATB comp. in grand staff?

Hi,

I'm new to notation software, and I'm trying to write a composition for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass in Grand Staff.

I need to know how to make the Soprano and Tenor stems point up, and the Alto and Bass stems point down.

Does anyone know how to do this??
