Traditional Chinese language (Taiwan) interface problems

1.
There are no Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translation files (mscore_zh_TW.ts and mscore_zh_TW.qm) in the setup file musescore-r1987-0.9.5-RC2.exe.

2.
No Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) in the language selection drop-down list.

Note: Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) = 繁體中文 (台灣)

3.
The PortAudio device selection drop-down menu does'nt support Traditional Chinese (Taiwan).
