Changing keys
When I change keys, how can I just show the new key without all the extra naturals being automatically added, canceling the previous key. If I go from the Key of Bb to G, for example, how can I just show the new key without 2 "naturals" showing up.
Thanks.
Like in jazz, where you just see the new key without the extra bull.

If you would like to suppress the naturals, just right click on the key signature and select "Hide Naturals".
However, I wouldn't leap to the conclusion that jazz doesn't show these. I see a lot of scores every week, it's not all that unusual to see the naturals. Certainly, you need them in order to show a change to C major. But sure, they in most cases they don't really add any useful information.

Tradition has urged it, but I think in this day and age, the naturalization of accidentals is assumed when they are not in the new key signature. Perhaps notation has to grow here.
