Cross-voice lyrics
There is some questionable typesetting in this score (from decades ago), but I do wonder if MuseScore is currently missing a feature - the ability to enter lyrics between different voices.
Try to continue the second verse of bar 3 into the next.
Using MuseScore 2.1 Nightly Build 75b66fd (mscz produced in it) - Mac 10.11.6.
(I'm unable to check 3.0 nightlies, though if a bug it could actually be the version it is addressed in.)

Attach them to voice 1 (read: delete and re-enter) and it'll work, see attached

Thanks Jojo - that does work.
However, my original mindset was that it had to be attached to the C♯ (for the purposes of a potential virtual singer, for example) - maybe this warrants further investigation.
The first thing I noticed is that there are no voice 2 notes in the 4th measure. You must have a note to enter a lyric. I would enter the C and D in voice 2 and make all the notes and rests invisible.
BTW, the current C in measure 4 should be sharp, but is natural. So I silenced the voice 1 C to avoid forcing a sharp sign on the note.oops, Voice 2 kept forcing the # symbol which it should have. Measure 4 C# is fine in voice 1.
