Two Note-anchored line
I would like to draw a line between notes to designate the continuity of a melodic line. This might go across staves or other voices, etc. (see attached screenshot)
I see a line under "Lines" which is adjustable on both ends, but it is not anchored on either end to a note, just to a space on the stave. These lines get messed up easily when the spacing changes, so I've had to redraw them every time.
I see lines under Arpeggios, which anchor to one note either at the beginning or the end of the line, but not both ends. However, this starts a little to the side of the note (not always what I need) and it doesn't allow other notes to fall between the ends, so the measure spaces out to fit the line.
Is there a line that anchors on either end to two different notes and will follow those notes wherever they end up in the formatting?
Thank you.

You can use the glissando line. Just pick your starting note and double click it in the palette to get it going. Double click the glissando and drag the end you want moved to the other note (the red anchor will move to the closest note). Press escape one only to exit edit mode and look in the inspector. Uncheck show text and play and it will just be a line.
