In general, attaching the actual score is always better than just a picture. In this case, it isn't hard to guess what the problem is - somehow the math is not quite working out and MuseScore is having trouble figuring out the exact end point of the selection due to the tuplets. Probably a different way of selecting the measure would help, or perhaps re-entering the measure from scratch if perhaps this was the result of some amount of editing that allowed slight discrepancies in the timing working their way in.

That doesn't seem to be the exact same score, so I cannot reproduce the problem by doing exactly what your video shows. When I tried a few different copy paste operations, I did get errors involving the tuplets, but the cases I tried were all solved by simply deleting the contents of the destination before pasting. If you have a case where that does not solve the problem, please give precise steps to reproduce using the score you attached.

This won't be fixed until the programmers totally revamp their design of a measure so that tuplets don't cause this rounding error. From what I've seen, the error occurs any time the tuplet gets to double digits, and the rounding error doesn't creep up until the file is saved, including auto save. If you enter the exact measure, without auto save turned on, you will be able to copy it. Save your file and you won't. :\

Again, in order to help, we need both scores and precise steps to reproduce the problem. Most likely there is a very simple solution but we cannot guess it without the information we have been requesting. All we can say is that right now, something about the score and the way you are trying to perform the operation is confusing MuseScore's counting. For medestination the content of the destination measures worked around the problem. If it doesn't for you, we need the requested information to make alternate suggestions.
