Odd markup on "Measure operations" page?

Under "Other" there is some markup—such as "[](){#irregular}"—after each header. As it doesn't seem to do anything should it be deleted?

It generates an anchor other places in the handbook can link too. Needed for non-headers, stuff not prefixed by some # marks.
At least this used to work like this some time ago, but currently does not? Thomas?

Ah, yes, it is not showing it the same way as it does for "### heading {#heading}", which shows a # when hovering over it.
