Plugin Manager
I just installed MuseScore 2.1 on a new computer.
The Plugin Manager is grayed out and no plugins are accessible.
How can I turn the Plugin Manager on?

Hi, I use Win 10.
For some stupid reason the plugin manager is disabled when there is no score open. So just open any score and it will get enabled. Now reported in #198826: Plugin Manager and Plugin Creator are disabled if no score is open

Fixed, but only in 2.2 ... so still no plugin manager/creator without an open score ;-(

indeed. The problem got reported after 2.1 got released, so of course if got fixed after ;-)
