Extra Brass Instruments
@ instruments I'd really like to see added to the list of brass instruemtns (to help with transposition etc) is Eb Trumpet (I know Eb cornet in there) and D trumpet, for transposing all of the the baroque stuff!

But D-Trumpet is called just Trumpet (in 2.0's instuments.xml only, not in 1.x, pull request to follow)

Please don't submit a pull request!!!
Instruments.xml is in a state of flux atm
If you start submitting pull requests also it will merely muddy the waters even further!
