Audio Has Disappeared
My audio for Musescore has suddenly disappeared. I get audio from every other program on my MacBook now, but Musescore.
Any thoughts? I'm totally puzzled. Should I delete the application and download again?

That shouldn't be necessary, nor would it likely help. Better would be Revert to factory settings . That might be overkill as well, but worst case is you lose some customizations.
Before you try that (if not too late), you might post the contents of edit / preferences / I/o. Also check the overall synth volume in display / synthesizer, and be sure you don't have everything muted - or something that is empty being soloed - in display / mixer.
