musescore with Mountain Lion

I' m able to use Mscore with my Mac desktop ( I've just re written a "piece" and played it by mscore on Mac desktop) but ...
the same "piece" transferred via AirDrop on my Mac Book pro it's impossible to play ...
because after played the first note the sound turn into a scratch and disappear totally
is there anybody tha can help me ?
