Wrong key signatures created for other instruments when adding to transposing instrument with concert pitch off
When changing key in multi stave the key is wrong.
Example:
1. Create new part with C flute and Bb trumpet.
2. Check Concert pitch
3. Drag F major to the flute stave
both staves got F major (correct in concert pitch)
4. Uncheck Concert pitch
5. Change (drag) F major key to the trumpet stave
Flute got F major too and that's wrong.
It should be Eb major!

Which version of MuseScore are you using? Read http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/how-write-good-bug-report-s…
It does say "Nightly build be384c5".
Just when I send issue I realize that I forget to say version and I was edited post immediate, few second latter. Maybe automated mail just show the original issue without that.
FWIW, I'd say the transposing staff got the correct key signature; it was the non-transposing staff that didn't. In other words, I expect dragging F to a trumpet staff with concert pitch off means you want the trumpet to have F, meaning concert Eb. So the trumpet is getting what it should, but the flute is not. I've retitled accordingly to be sure.
Fixed in d4510b8062
The transposing instruments now get the transposed key if we are not in concert pitch. I hope (but doubt) there will be no problem with enharmonic key signature...

I see this says it has been fixed. MuseScore says I already have the latest version 4.0.2.230651553 revision dbe7c6d. It does not appear to have been fixed. When I add a Bb trumpet to the attached score with Concert pitch off, it is in the wrong key. When concert pitch is on it is okay.
The original bug in MuseScore 1 was indeed fixed ten years ago. What you are seeing is a new bug in MuseScore 4 with similar symptoms. This is also fixed for a coming update.
