A good proposal
It should be possible to make a staff invisible. I think also of a piano-staff, where sometimes it could be necessary to make one of the two staffs unvisible. For pupils for example.
One check mark more in the staff properties and the problem would be done.
Could you do this, please?

Du kannst über Bearbeiten->Instrumente... (bzw. Tastenkürzel "i") auswählen, welche Notenzeilen nicht sichtbar sein sollen, einfach Häkchen rausnehmen. Dies gilt aber nur für einzelne Instrumente, nicht für verbundene Notenzeilen ein und desselben Instruments wie beim Klavier (da müsstest du dann für Bass- und Violinschlüssel je ein separates Instrument einfügen).

Und es geht nicht bei der ersten Einrichtung eines Instrument.
Und funktioniert nicht für Auszüge.
