Problem with an uneditable bar

Maybe I am complete missing something, but while using Musescore 4 i have stumbled across a bar, which won't let me put any notes in it, nor is actually deletable or any form editable. It stops the playback in its tracks and looks ugly as hell.
Help appreciated.
