how to define a new instrument

I try to define new instruments which are not available in musescore. How to do it?
* Sopranflöte (Ces)
* Altflöte (Fes)
* Tenorflöte (Ces)
* Lyra (Ces)

Those instruments are used in a "Spielmannszug".
