when replacing pitches without changing rhythms, unable to enter chord on tied note
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create two quarter notes in a measure, and tie them together.
2. Select the first quarter note in the measure.
3. Enter note entry mode, and enable "replace pitches without changing rhythms".
4. Using a MIDI keyboard, play a chord.
Result: Only the second quarter note (on the receiving end of the tie) becomes the chord that was played. The first quarter note becomes only a single note tied into the chord, like this:
...whereas it should look like this:
I am using MuseScore nightly 4eda1f6 on Kubuntu 14.04 64-bit.

I have the same problem, except I’m entering the notes with my mouse.
Enter the notes, select the 1st stem, then hit +
Jojo-Schmitz, you are misunderstanding the issue. The problem as reported happens when replacing tied notes in note entry mode using the "replace pitches without changing rhythms" option.
EDIT: Okay, so it appears you are responding to the first comment and not the bug report... ?
For the record, this is not fixed by my current PR https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2179
I have the same problem in version 3.6.2 for win10.
