Interaction between 3.4.2 and 3.5
As long as MuseScore 3.5 Alpha is not the stable version is it normal that it shares the same folders as MuseScore 3.4.2?
If I change the paths in the preferences in 3.5 it also changes the paths in 3.4.2.
This seems to cause some instability.
In "Username>Documents" :
- Create a new folder "MuseScore3.5".
- Open MuseScore 3.5 Alpha and
- In the preferences direct the paths to this folder
- OK
- Crash !

It is systematic on my configuration : Win10 family 64bits :
Several or any of the modified paths cause the crash.

Do you have a score open when changing the preferences?
That is a known (and fixed) bug in the Alpha

That is a known bug in the Alpha (and fixed in a later development build)
