It doesn't seem to me.
No, but it looks like you can purchase a djembe SoundFont for USD15. If it's a standard SoundFont in SF2 format, it should work in MuseScore.
That covers the sound. If the djembe has specific notation requirements that aren't currently supported by MuseScore, please feel free to file a feature request.

I tried you link and haven't get any answer from the site still in weeks... Do anybody know if there are any Djembe sound fonts available?? Have been searching my head off!
