I was editing the instruments, and removed one and it crashed, not sure if it crashed from auto-save, or from loading a soundfont or loading an instrument.

a lot of times my scores crash because an instrument is corrupted, and it needs to be fixed by you guys

Okay, but we can't guess from a simple report saying that a file is crashing.
We need, first, the involved score (where is the attached score in this "new" issue?)
And two, with precise steps (at least some clues if you don't have) that create the corruption - probably. I don't see any.
That's why it is preferable first to use the forum support.
