Steps to reproduce bug (3.4.2):
1) Place a hairpin
2) Go to inspector and tick "Circled tip"
3) Select Custom Line style
4) Zoom in

Steps to reproduce bug (4.x.dev):
1) Place a hairpin
2) Go to the inspector and tick "Niente circle"
3) Select Custom line style
4) Zoom in

Expected Behvaiour:
Circle still shown at all zoom levels
(Like in photo 1)

Actual Behaviour:
Circle not shown at all zoom levels
(Like in photo 2)

Confirmed.
Not the case in 3.4.2 or 3.5 Beta, so a 4.x-dev regression

What went on there? I'm sure to not have changed title or version, but did mark it a regression.
