That's the same as #308100: new score and not helpful in any form or shape, that score just loads, and the screenshot shows nothing but a MuseScore window without any toolbar, palette, inspector and a huge scoreview
Try reverting to factor settings as having been asked in that other issue.
While at it also try using the -D dpi commandline option
