B flat on C3 is not playing
When I am using the MuseScore software and I am listening to a song, any B flat on C3 is not playing. Any B flat on an octave higher or lower does play, but the C3 one not. How can this happen, and are you able to fix this?

On the piano. It seems when I make my own score, the B flat will play, but when I import a MIDI file, the B flat will not play. Here are 2 scores which are imported MIDI files. Especially in measure 11 of 'Sharp Simon' and measure 15 of 'Bone Fragments' I hear no B flat.

Oh, and by the way, when I am clicking on the note, it plays, but when I play the song, The B flat doesn't play.

At least for m15 in Bone Fragments, this plays just fine over here (more obviously when you mute the 2nd staff or slow down playback).

same for me, the other score too
But there are traces from the MIDI import: some notes have a user velocity set.
See https://musescore.org/en/node/277424 on how to correct that, done in the attached

OK, so don't do that then, seems that soundfont had a bug there.

I changed it to some other soundfonts, but surprisingly, it still didn't work.
