Failing to recognise custom font.
I made a custom version of the Bravura Text font, what I did is I copied, or what I best assumed were, the tuplet numbers where numbers would normally be in a regular font using BirdFont.
I changed the name of the font, hoping musescore would not be confused by the Bravura Text font that is already embedded into the software, but that did nothing.
As you can see in the attached image, the numbers show up fine on various word processing applications (Notepad, Word, and LibreOffice), but that font doesn't even show up in musescore.
Is this an issue related to the font engine, or something else, and is there a workaround?

If this is on Windows, you need to be sure to install the font for all users. At least, in some versions of MuseScore you do, that might be fixed in 3.5.=

That fixed the issue.
However, the glyphs that I used were probably the wrong ones, and you had to double the size of the font in order to make it readable.

I discovered I used the fingering instead of the tuplet glyphs, but even after using the right ones you still have to nearly double the font size in order for it to not seem microscopic.
Other than that, it works.

I suspect that's but one of the downsides of having chosen to replace Brauvra Text rather than simply use a normal text font. Notation fonts are designed to produce the expected results at a point size of 20, for all glyphs.
BTW, you shouldn't need to go to the trouble of creating a custom Bravura Text (and I'm not sure that would work the way you expected anyhow). Better to just install the "regular font" you used to create your custom Bravura Text, and select that.
