Musescore 3 versio 5.....

Dear sirs: Since the last update I made last weekend, my MuseScore has stopped working. I’ve been using it since the beta and then with MuseScore 2. When MuseScore 3 started, I started using it without any problems, but now I can’t even use 2 anymore, because I always have to download version 3, and I can’t even see my songs there anymore. But this version 3 I already have and it has been working for a long time. I would like to know how I should proceed to continue using this program, since I was not required to pay for it. If it is no longer possible to use it, I suggest that you disregard this question and I will uninstall it.

Dear Sir: My OS is Windows 10 Pro. When I recently updated version 3.05, when the program opens, after a brief restart it stops and a message appears stating that the program was abruptly interrupted and asking me to redo the startup operation from the program. Whether you accept it or not, the program simply shuts down. If I download a song in PDF or in sheet music, I also can't download it. This had already happened a year or two ago, after the update of a new version. I can't figure out why that is, which is why I request support help.
