Scale for parts in 100%
Music with piano accompaniment usually shows the solo instrument in a smaller size than the piano.
Musescore allows this by setting the small stave button in stave properties.
Is it useful to export the smaller scale to the solo part ?
I think better is creating parts always in 100% original size.

No. The soloist wants to be able to read the part. It is provided for information for the pianist. They don't need to read it in detail, only be informed when the soloist might be doing something that would need the pianist to adjust tempo or something.
I agree, it isn't useful to copy that property over to the part on its generation (and fortunately it isn't linked between score and part).
It is easy enough to change it though after the part has been generated.

Why not to unlink size adjustmennts both --> during part creation and after.

They are not linked, just copied on part creation
