From 32 bit to 64 bit OS upgrade problem.

I upgraded my Mac software and I am unable to access old file. From 32 bit to 64 bit

Changing from 32 to 64-bit does not affect your scores in any way.
Do you get an error message? If so, which one?

No air however the music is grayed out and I am unable to open

I'm sorry, but I can't see your screen. Perhaps you can share a screenshot of what you mean by "the music is grayed out" ?
As fas as I know macOS is plain 64bit since ages, as is MuseScore for macOS
