No response from Scanscore after purchase!!
I purchased Scanscore Melody 2 days ago and they never emailed me my password or License Key. I have tried reaching out to their customer support leaving several messages and have not had a reply!! They have already charged my credit card through PayPal. I have gone onto their website and tried using the "reset password" and "Lost License" buttons and I get the message that Password reset and License Keys have been sent to my email but I get nothing. I have verified that the email address is correct. Very frustrating for sure!!! Has anyone else experienced this lack of support for something as basic as being able to use the product that was purchased?

Have you checked your spam folder? I do not know if anyone here has experience, wait patiently.
