How to make the standard staff and linked Ukulele tab in different key?

First, I'm not native English speaker and I'm not good at music terms yet, so hope I express my problem correctly.
I have a standard staff with treble clef, and a linked Ukulele 4 strings tab which is in standard tuning AECG.
By default, if I put a note on the first line on the standard staff, it's E note, and it will display on the second string (the E string).
However, since the music include notes in low G, I would like treat the Ukulele tab as if it's in F key, then the four strings become E, C, low G, and D. Then if I put a note on the first line on the standard staff, it's E note, and it will display on the first string (the E string).
How to do that? The transposing function will transpose both standard and Ukulele staff.
