I would like to change the treble clef to the Inkpen 2 font. I thought I saw this font or something pretty close to it when I first got this program and opened a treble page. It has more of a hand written look than the standard font when the program opens. I guess my question is are the fonts changeable?

Muscial fonts need to be built into MuseScore, external font won't work.
MuseJazz is having that handwritten look and is built-in, as is Petaluma (as of 3.6)

For a hand written look, try MuseJazz:
To open the Score dialog, select Format→Style…→Score.
This dialog allows you to set global properties, such as the music font, etc.
