Tavolozza va in crash
Da alcuni giorni non è possibile utilizzare “MuseScore”. Se tocco o provo a spostare o modificare la tavolozza o clicco su un’icona qualsiasi della tavolozza, il programma va in crash.
Il crash sembra casuale:
- Il più delle volte il programma si blocca per poi chiudersi.
- In alcuni casi, mouse e tastiera si disattivano. Al riavvio del programma, mi chiede di ripristinare l’ultima cosa fatta. Anche se rispondo di no, il programma si chiude per poi iniziare ad aprire una serie di finestre.
- Di tanto in tanto mi chiede di spedire un report sull’errore, ma subito dopo compare una dicitura in inglese: “Error while uploading crash report: Host requires authentication”. Così il report non è inviato.
Ho provato a reinstallare il programma, ma il problema non si è risolto. Ho creato più di 500 spartiti senza grossi problemi. Perché adesso non posso più lavorarci? Più precisamente, sembra che tutto quanto funzioni, a patto di non interagire con la tavolozza.

Ho fatto il ripristino. Come clicco sulla tavolozza, il programma si chiude ancora.
Con la nuova versione, il programma si avvia, dopodiché si chiude. Un piccolo progresso!

What happens now if you try to double click a score to launch the program instead of starting it from a shortcut?

Non lo so. Il programma si apre e si chiude automaticamente. Almeno prima potevo cliccare su qualche icona!

Then try open Windows Explorer, go to a score file and double click that.

Fatto doppio clic su un file *.mscz, se MsS si apre disabilita da Preferenze Finestra d'avvio.

@mikeflam If some scores open for you and others don't, then you're not having the same issue as being discussed here, where the software doesn't open stable at all.
In your case, could it be that the scores that are crashing had been saved in continuous view and have a start repeat barline in them? If so, then that bug is being fixed currently.

Pour mikeflam
Malheureusement, le même program ne s’ouvre plus. Avant l’installation de la nouvelle version, le program s’ouvrait, ma seulement de temps en temps, et il ne permettait pas d’interagir. Par conséquence, je ne pouvais pas ni créer ni ouvrir un nouvelle document.

Then as advised, please let us know whether you can open it by double clicking a file from your file browser instead.
