Frame relocation
Using version 3.6
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to move the text frame (in the attached file RR L5 #2) up and closer to the title frame. I have tried a hundred different things in the Style -> Page area to no avail. Have tried Edit Element approach - no result.
I have a similar file that I created under 3.5 and had no problems. (Attached RR L4)
In both cases, I used the insert -> text frame approach.
What am I missing.

To be clear, this hasn't changed in many years - so if you did it for 3.5, you must have thunk it at least once before :-)
