insert a frame at vertical frame at the beginning of your score, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/frames. Select the frame and add a page break to the frame, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/breaks-and-spacers. Add an image. see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/images.

but now i have a new problem - I want to have the pic as the whole first page and I cant move the music bars down

Did you select the frame and added the page break from the "breaks & spacer" palette?

Better, if you attache the score.
Maybe it could be a little bit tricky. But you can via right click on the frame also add other elements like a title (or select the frame and use add->text).
Maybe it's necessary to adjust the offset and stacking order inside the inspector (view->inspector or shortcut F8).

Are more meaningful title in this case instead of "help" would be for example "How to add a cover page to a score?".

Kid or not doesn't come into play here...
If you can ask a question in the body of an articl, you can give a summary in the title
