How to Make A Canon
Currently I´m working on school Project where I have to make a Canon. Is there a way to have multiple playbacks, where I can play different parts of the same instrument at the Same Time. So lets say The Song starts and at the 2nd bar it starts over but it keeps on playing at the 2nd Bar?

No, that's not possible. And that's not how you write a canon. Indeed, although it's close, it's not how a canon sounds either; that would be a "round", which is a special (and boring) type of canon.
Yes, you can play different parts of the same instrument at the same time, where it starts over. Not sure if this is called a canon or a round but here's a simple example for solo guitar:

Ah, I had interpreted OP's question to be that the software would simply play the repeated parts, without him notating them. In that case,
Yes, you can do this.
1) Notate line 1.
2) Copy (Ctrl+C) line 1.
3) Move line 1 to Voice 2. Tools / Voices / Exchange voice 1 and 2
4) Select the starting point (e.g., the beginning of the third measure) and Ctrl+V paste.
5) If necessary, reverse voices 1 and 2 again (as in step 3)

I can see that interpretation too, now that you have mentioned it.
As bobjp says, "it's hard to say what the OP wants", but hopefully we have given some options.
Hard to say what the OP wants. It could be a Round as Yonah_ag has suggested. Or it could be like the stretto part of a fugue. Doesn't seem like a canon, however. And the intended result will determine if it's best to use voices on one staff. Or the same instrument on different staves.
So basically how can you so it like the 3rd one in this video.https://youtu.be/6h6AabkLvEE?feature=shared
But instead of having these 2 instruments I only have 1 is that possible?
