Double whole note into one measure.

Is it even possible to write this in MuseScore? In my case, this note means that its value isn't constant

I'm not really understanding the meaning of this, or how you'd want it to be played back - how long should it be held, to the other notes overlap it or not, etc. But depending on the answers to those questions, it's certainly possible to get that result. For instance, is that's really just mean the same as a dotted quarter note with a fermata - hold the note as long as you want before moving on - I'd just add the dotted quarter, mark the dot and stem invisible, and change the notehead with the Inspector. If it's meant to continue while the other notes are played, I'd use a whole note and change the note head, then add the other notes in another voice and make the leading rests invisible. But, I also see there is nothing in the bottom staff, so maybe it's best thought of in terms of cross-staff notation. Lots of options here, and again, the best way depends on what you actually mean by this.

Note that whatever you do in MuseScore, it's going to be very unclear to people reading this as well, so unless you are required to keep to this notation, my real advice would be, change it to something that will make sense to people reading it.

That doesn't really answer the question, though. As I said, it still isn't clear if the top two notes should enter while the bottom note sounds, or whether the bottom note should complete first and then the upper notes sound. I gave three different methods, all of them will produce exactly that pictured result, but the playback will be different, depending on which effect you want.

I still suggest you consider altering the notation, because if we can't figure out the intended result, probably neither will the people reading it will struggle as well. For instance, if the last two notes are intended to follow the first, consider placing a dotted barline between them to clarify that. Also consider making the measure wider - it's the close spacing that results in some of the confusion here.

That example, though, is nothing like the first. So that's why I said the answer depends on the purpose. Your previous example showed appeared to be a standard 4/4 or 2/2 meter, but this one is a meterless measure. So you create that by joining measures together or setting the actual duration in Measure Properties. Then you can simply add an ordinary breve.
