Hi, I downloaded Musescore 3.6 but when it brings up the installer it says it is musescore 3 - is that the same thing as 3.6?

3.6 is one minor release of the major MuseScores 3 series.
And I guess you downloaded 3.6.2, a patch release to that minor release...
