If I delete my profile will the subscription be deleted as well?

No! Don't do that! It will delete your account and you'd loose access, but you'd still get charged, with no way to cancel!

I press the "subscription" button and drop it back to editing the profile.

It should be via that Subscription menu.
If not contact support@musescore.com, as outlined in the FAQ I linked to above.
Anything in Billing history?
Anyway, here on musescore.org nobody can help you with this

Once again, there is nothing that anyone here on this site can do to help you with a problem you are having with a different site. You need to go over to that other site - musescore.com, I assume - to ask for help.
