Flute plays 2 notes on F#, G and G# and not only the note selected
When I notate a F#, G or G# the flute always plays back a F# AND G at the same time instead of just the F#.
I have not seen anyone else with this trouble but is there a way for me to fix this playback issue.

What Operating System, what version of MuseScore, which soundfont, what octave?
I don't hear anything out the orderly, Windoes 10, MuseScore 3.6.2, MuseScore_General_HQ soundfont

If you never changed it from the default, then that is not the issue - the default doesn't have this issue at all. If you did change from the default, then you'd presumably know how you did, so I'm guessing you are still using the default, meaning the issue is something else entirely. Either it's something in your score, like some invisible notes, or yours ears playing tricks on you. if you attach your score, we can assist better.
