Remove break between musical staffs

Please help me remove a break between musical staffs. Measure 29 should go to Measure 30 directly below it on the next musical line. However, MuseScore insert a break. How do I remove the break? Thanks

You have unintentionally moved a quarter rest (it should be measure 23, it is misplaced now above measure 31 - image below).
Select it and do Ctrl (Cmd) + R to reset its initial position.
