Brackets in different systems
I'm trying to transpose a piece with a huge orchestra, but I have a problem with the brackets and I'm not to experienced enough with orchestral pieces to be able to fix it. The piece has a bracket that spans all the Woodwind instruments, another one that spans the Brass&Percussion, a brace for the Piano and a last bracket for the Bowed instruments; My problem is that later in the piece the Oboe and the Trumpet share a bracket even though they are in different instrument groups. is there some way I can do this, or at least some way I can fake it so it looks like the bracket is spanning those 2 instruments for that measure/staff.

Do you mean that the oboe staff and the trombe staff get relocated from out of their instrument group and into some new bracketed pair of neighboring staves?

Yes, I think that's it. The pictures I uploaded show what I mean
Your pictures do not show the full context. I have created a score similar to your images.
Shows sections spanned with brackets:
Shows oboe and trumpet moved and spanned together:
Have a look at the score:

See:

and look for 'hide empty staves'.

Yes, this is what I'm looking for, But I was hoping there was a way I could do this without adding extra instruments.

If you only need a printed document, like a .pdf, you can print or export the entire score, then re-arrange the instrument order and print or export the page(s) containing the shared oboe and trumpet. Then combine all necessary pages into one score.
