Repeat Barlines making the Tempo slower?
I usually sync my piano roll videos with the exported MP3 files from MuseScore.
This piano arrangement in particular has Tempo changes and I initially thought that was the case. But it seems like this was the cause? : https://imgur.com/DKhuzDo
The tempo was behind that Start Repeat barline. And before the repeat, there was already a Tempo on a previous bar that changes the Tempo.
It went from (crochets) 74 to 73 and it should have continued to be 73. Here's the full PDF file : https://sheet.host/sheet/JEUVlI
I noticed that it was out of sync by checking frame by frame on my Video Editor. But I didn't even need my Video Editor to notice the song off-synced after the 2 minute mark of the entire track.

In order to understand assist, we would need you to attach the actual score - pictures and videos are not normally useful in diagnosing problems.

The difference between the two files are the first Tempo's placement.
One is behind the Repeat Barlines & the other is in front of the Repeat Barlines.
Compare the two and you'll notice the difference in the track's duration even though there's already a Tempo at the back.

Where the tempo mark is placed is where it takes effect.
The tracks' durations are different because the very first measure (the measure before the repeat barline) is played at a different tempo in each version.
The score named Tempo 1 plays measure 1 faster so total time is 3:32.
The score named Tempo 2 plays measure 1 slower so total time is 3:33
Use the metronome and listen.to the very beginning.

The thing is, I already have a set Tempo at the last bar before the repeat happens.
So I'm confused that it's actually slower.

Tempo markings are interpreted from left to right disregarding repeat markings.
So if you repeat back to the beginning of a repeat, you also repeat back to the tempo of that beginning.

In your Tempo 1 score, at measure 2, the score plays at 73BPM during the first pass.
Then, at measure 33 it plays at 73BPM, jumps to measure 2, which also plays at 73BPM during the second pass (the repeat)..
In your Tempo 2 score, at measure 2, the score plays at 73BPM during the first pass.
Then, at measure 33, it plays at 73BPM, jumps to measure 2 which also plays at 73BPM during the second pass repeat. So, at this point, it plays the same as your Tempo 1 score.
The difference in the track total duration between the two scores has nothing to do with the repeat barlines making the tempo slower.
The difference in total duration is because measure 1 plays faster in the Tempo 1 score. It is played at the default 120BPM because no tempo is specified until measure 2 -- where your first tempo marking appears.

You mean Tempo 2 Score?
There 'is' a Tempo Marking on Tempo 1 Score.

It's because I didn't have a Tempo on the 1st measure there?
Okay, my bad. I thought it would carry it from the previous bar instead.
